Processing Time:
All items are handmade with care and typically ship within 3-5 business days. For custom or personalized orders, please allow 2-4 and more weeks for creation before shipping.
Shipping Methods:
I offer both domestic and international shipping. All orders are shipped from Poland via, with tracking provided. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Within Europe: 3-7 business days.
- International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that these are estimated times and may vary due to customs processing or other factors beyond my control.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
While I do my best to ensure timely deliveries, once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times are beyond my control. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact me, and I will do my best to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If the package was sent to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for covering the additional shipping costs for resending the package.
